Job Description
- Provide support to our IP communication solutions and products
- Responsible for providing on-site installation service, configuration and troubleshooting to our customers
- In-House testing, diagnosis and evaluation for various new IT products & solutions

Requirements
- Form 5 or above, Plus qualifications study in computing, engineering, information technology or equivalent is preferred and advantage
- Candidate with experience in telecommunication industry or School IT support field are highly preferred
- At least 2 years working experience in IT fields
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, IP Telephony and related networking products, Windows and Linux environment
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player
